Privacy notice
Who we are
Green Vale, a project managed by Pewsey Community Area Partnership (PCAP). Email greenvalewilts@outlook.com.
What we collect
When you use the Get involved form we receive your first and last name, your email address, the themes you tick and your message.
Why we use it
To reply to you about getting involved with Green Vale.
Where it goes
The form sends your message to us by email. Our website provider, First Ideas Limited, keeps a copy of each form submission so a message is not lost if an email fails. The form's spam check is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Its web server keeps standard access logs (the page requested, the time, your browser type and IP address). We use them for security and to count visits in total, not to identify you. The share buttons on news posts are plain links: nothing is sent to Facebook, X or WhatsApp unless you click one.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
